Is this truly unmanaged?
Yes — you're responsible for your OS, software, security, and backups. But we're known for giving helpful hints when it matters. For full management, add our managed services for Plesk, DirectAdmin or cPanel.
Are backups included?
No — backups are your responsibility. We offer Acronis Backup as an add-on with full bare metal restore capability. Or set up your own backup solution.
What if something goes wrong?
You have multiple recovery options: VNC console access even when SSH fails, SysRescue ISO for emergency disk repair, Acronis bare metal restore if you have the add-on, or OS reinstall as last resort.
Can I migrate from another provider?
Yes. Either transfer files manually via SFTP/rsync and export/import databases, or use Acronis migration: create a backup at your old host and restore via bare metal at Yourwebhoster.eu.
What does "unlimited traffic" mean?
Traffic is subject to our fair use policy. We'll contact you first if you're exceeding limits — no surprise charges.
How fast is provisioning?

What OS templates are available?

Do you offer IPv6?
Yes — every VPS includes a /64 IPv6 block at no extra cost, plus one dedicated IPv4 address. Additional IPv4 addresses available for €2/month each.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Absolutely. Upgrades apply immediately with pro-rata billing. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. No hidden fees or penalties.
